General Steps in brake, rotor pad service
- Expose the brakes.
- Remove different size bolts
- Pull the brake warning wire
from its mount on the suspension
- Pushing the pistons back.
- Calipers have to be moved
away from the rotor.
- Remove the caliper bracket
and clean the brake pad guides.
- remove the T-50 bolt.
- Install the new rotor with
the T-50 bolt.
- Grease the pad slides and
reinstall the caliper bracket.
- Slide in the pads.
- Reinstall the caliper using
the top bolt, then slide over
the pads.
- Reattach the bottom 13mm bolt. Install the brake warning sensor.
