General Steps in brake, rotor pad service

  1. Expose the brakes.

  2. Remove different size bolts

  3. Pull the brake warning wire from its mount on the suspension

  4. Pushing the pistons back.

  5. Calipers have to be moved away from the rotor.

  6. Remove the caliper bracket and clean the brake pad guides.

  7. remove the T-50 bolt.

  8. Install the new rotor with the T-50 bolt.

  9. Grease the pad slides and reinstall the caliper bracket.

  10. Slide in the pads.

  11. Reinstall the caliper using the top bolt, then slide over the pads.

  12. Reattach the bottom 13mm bolt. Install the brake warning sensor.
